Dr. Wahls is dedicated to testing the impact of modifiable lifestyle factors, with particular attention on diet quality and eating plans, on quality of life and disease symptoms across a variety of disease states.  Our work is funded by a combination of private philanthropy and competitive grants.  Private philanthropy allows us to collect pilot data for new competitive grants.  Philanthropic gifts from individuals and organizations have enabled the Wahls Research Team to realize its progress to date and will drive future discovery.
